Everything under one roof
From the foundation to the last coat of paint. One contractor, one point of contact, one team that knows the whole job.
Roofing
Roof repairs, re-roofing, waterproofing and leak detection on tile and sheet roofs. Book a free inspection and we will tell you what the roof actually needs.
Electrical & Solar
Home wiring, DB boards, plugs and lights, plus off-grid solar installations that keep the lights on. We also issue Certificates of Compliance.
Aluminium Works
Aluminium sliding doors and windows, garage doors with motors, motorised gates and door hanging — measured, manufactured and fitted by us.
Carpentry
Fitted kitchen units, built-in wardrobes, office cabinets and custom woodwork, made to fit your space rather than the other way around.
Flooring & Tiling
Epoxy flooring, vinyl and parquet, plus wall and floor tiling. Bathroom remodelling and paving installations round off the finishing work.
A Pretoria North contractor you can actually reach
Ortismark Construction and Projects works out of 103 Delphine Rd in Theresa Park, Pretoria North. We are a local team serving homeowners, landlords and small businesses across greater Pretoria — the kind of contractor who answers the phone and shows up when he says he will.
Most jobs need more than one trade. A bathroom remodel needs plumbing, tiling and electrical. A new build needs structure, roofing and finishes. Instead of sending you off to find four different contractors, we carry the whole scope ourselves and keep the work moving.
We are registered to issue Certificates of Compliance for electrical work, so your installation is signed off properly the first time.
- One team for structure, electrical, aluminium and finishes
- COC issuing for electrical installations
- Free roof inspections with a written R2000 assessment report
- Clear quotes before we start — no surprise extras

What clients say
Word of mouth keeps us working. Here is what a few recent clients had to say.
They redid our whole bathroom — plumbing, tiles, the lot — and it was done in under two weeks. One team arrived every morning and the mess was cleaned up each day.
Thabo M.Theresa Park, Pretoria North
I called about a leak and they came out for the free inspection the next day. The report showed exactly where the problem was. Roof has been dry through two rainy seasons since.
Riaan van der MerweKarenpark, Akasia
They installed our solar system and issued the COC without any back and forth. Load shedding is no longer a problem in this house. Proper work, fair price.
